Delivery & Collection Guide

All delivery times given below are approximate and intended as a guide.

Standard delivery times
- Standard orders: approximately 7 business days from the date of order (unless otherwise stated).

- Framed prints: approximately 10 to 14 days (unless otherwise stated)
- Embellished canvases: bespoke items created to order; allow up to 14 days for delivery from the date the order is placed.

Christmas ordering deadlines
To guarantee arrival or availability before Christmas, please place orders by the following deadlines:
- Embellished canvases: order by 15 December
- Framed prints: order by 20 December
- Loose prints: order by 22 December
- Original paintings (local collection only): order by 23 December
- Original paintings (shipped): order by 20 December

Collections
- Local collection is available for original paintings only. Collections are from Corsham, UK by prior arrangement — please contact me to book a collection time.
- Choosing local collection for original paintings may allow a later order/collection deadline (see Christmas deadlines above).

Delivery flexibility and contacting us
- The times and deadlines above are intended as guides only. We will always try to accelerate or accommodate deliveries and collections wherever possible. 
- If you need a specific delivery or collection date, or have questions about a particular item, please contact us using the chat function on this website and we will advise on availability and options.

Important notes about international orders
- Shipping times for overseas customers vary significantly and may be longer than UK deliveries. It is unlikely that international orders placed after the deadlines above will arrive before Christmas.

Other information

- All times are approximations and exclude weekends and public holidays.

- If an item requires more time (for example, bespoke finishing on an embellished canvas) we will contact you with an updated estimated delivery date.

- If you need an order for a specific date, please contact us before placing the order so we can advise whether that date can be met.
