Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping availability and delivery times are shown at checkout.

Will I need to pay customs or import fees?

No. Import duties and taxes are included in the listed price for virtually all products so there are no unexpected charges on delivery. This does not apply to original paintings and some limited editions where a small local import duty may be applied by your country's customs dept.

How long will my order take?

All artwork is made to order through our print partner. Production typically takes 2-5 business days before shipping. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.

Are prints packaged safely?

Absolutely. Canvas and paper prints are professionally packaged to help ensure safe delivery.

No. Framed paper prints use premium acrylic glazing which is crystal clear, lightweight, and shatter-resistant for safer shipping.

Do you offer framed prints?

Yes. Selected artworks are available framed or unframed depending on the product chosen.

What frame colours are available?

Available frame options may include black, white, natural wood, and oak finishes. Availability can vary depending on your country and product type.

Can I order a print without a frame?

Yes. Many paper prints are available unframed for customers who prefer their own framing style.

Returns

Do you accept returns?

As all items are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 2 days of delivery. Include:

  • A clear photo of the issue
  • A photo of the delivery label
  • Your order number

Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled before production begins. Once printing has started, cancellations are not possible.

Custom Sizes

Do you offer custom sizes?

Yes. We may be able to accommodate custom sizing requests depending on the artwork and print format.

How do I request a custom size?

Care & Hanging

How should I care for my print?

Keep artwork out of direct sunlight, excessive humidity, and damp environments to help preserve colour and quality over time.

How do I clean canvas or framed prints?

Use a soft, dry microfibre cloth to gently remove dust. Avoid water, cleaning sprays, or abrasive materials.

Are hanging fixtures included?

Yes. All canvas and framed prints arrive with fixings included and are ready to hang.

Do you accept commissions?

Yes. We welcome commission enquiries for custom artwork.

How does the commission process work?
