Shipping & Delivery Terms

Shipping Overview

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping availability and delivery estimates are shown at checkout where applicable.

All delivery times listed below are approximate and intended as guides only. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, seasonal demand, customs processing, and courier services.

Import duties and taxes are included in the listed price where applicable, so there are no unexpected charges on delivery.

Production & Delivery Times

All gallery canvas and fine art paper prints are made to order through our professional print partner.

  • Production time is typically 2–5 business days

  • Delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping method selected at checkout

Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email where available.

Packaging

Gallery canvas and fine art paper prints are professionally packaged to help ensure safe delivery.

Standard Delivery Estimates

  • Standard orders: approximately 7 business days from the date of order unless otherwise stated

  • Framed prints: approximately 10 days unless otherwise stated

  • Embellished canvases: bespoke items created to order; please allow up to 14 business days for delivery from the order date

International Orders

Delivery times for international orders may vary significantly and may be longer than UK delivery estimates.

Orders placed after any advertised seasonal deadlines, including Christmas deadlines, are unlikely to arrive before those dates for overseas destinations.

Christmas Ordering Deadlines

To help guarantee arrival or availability before Christmas, orders should be placed by the following dates:

  • Gallery Canvas & Fine Art Paper Prints - standard delivery times as above
  • Embellished canvases: by 15 December
  • Framed prints: by 15th December
  • Loose prints: by 20th December
  • Original paintings in stock (local collection only): by 23 December
  • Original paintings in stock (shipped): by 20 December
  • Commissions: request confirmed with Michael Sutherland by 25th Sept

These dates are guidelines only and cannot be guaranteed once orders are with third-party couriers or international customs services.

Collections

Local collection is available for original paintings only.

Collections are from Corsham by prior arrangement. Customers must contact us to arrange a suitable collection time.

Selecting local collection for original paintings may allow a later Christmas collection deadline where agreed in advance.

Delivery Flexibility

We will always do our best to accommodate specific delivery requests where possible.

If you require delivery or collection by a particular date, please contact us before placing your order so we can advise whether this can be achieved.

Where an item requires additional production time — including bespoke embellishment work or custom finishing — we will contact you with an updated estimated delivery timeframe.

Returns & Damaged Items

Returns Policy

As all items are made to order, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Customer preference after delivery

Please ensure all product selections and dimensions are checked carefully before ordering.

Damaged, Incorrect or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us by email within 2 days of delivery.

Your email must include:

  • A clear photograph showing the issue or damage

  • A photograph of the delivery label and packaging

  • Your order number

Failure to provide this information within the stated timeframe may affect our ability to process a replacement or refund claim.

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before production begins.

As many items are made to order or custom-produced, cancellations are not possible once printing, framing, embellishment, or production has started.

Product Information

Colours & Display

We make every effort to display artwork colours accurately. However, colours may vary slightly depending on individual screen settings, monitor calibration, and device displays.

Framing & Hanging

All framed prints use premium acrylic glazing rather than glass. Acrylic glazing is lightweight, crystal clear, and shatter-resistant for safer shipping.

All canvas and framed prints arrive with appropriate fixings included and are ready to hang.

Frame colour availability may vary depending on product type and destination country.

Custom Orders & Commissions

Custom sizes and commissioned artwork may be available depending on the artwork and format requested.

Please contact us before ordering to discuss availability, pricing, and production timelines.

Commissioned and bespoke items are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged upon delivery.
